Call for Writers

Many of you have expressed interest in wanting to submit a post and I am all for it! I was going to set up a new e-mail address, but instead I think it would be easier to just maintain the one I have. As I mentioned in the post about this it doesn’t matter if you have a big or small site, if you are a writer or not, I am happy to look over anyone’s guest article and see if it is okay for my site. Just keep in mind the theme, I don’t want an article on how to fix your car engine or something irrelevant to the site so just keep this in mind. I want it to be about Gulf War Illness, military, families of military, health or veterans etc.. anything within these realms. If you have an idea that is similar or you think could be a new subject for the site I’m all for that. Just let me look it over and I will see. Please keep in mind that I am not in the best of health and so I may not get to it right away and this is something I do in my spare time and so if you don’t see your post up right away or hear back from me right away, don’t think I forgot about you, please. Of course, you can always email me again to make sure or remind me, I don’t mind. Sometimes emails get lost. Accidents happen.

Please know that if you submit a post I reserve the right to make edits to it and once I do that I will go ahead and post it. Most times I probably will just keep it as is, but for some reason if it needs editing I will do it. I will give the writer credit for the article and if you want to include a link to your website or e-mail or any contact information I welcome that as long as you do the same for me and use my shorter URL please: http://www.tinyurl.com/dsvets

Thanks so much for anyone who is willing to give their time to the great men and women who have an are serving this country. I think as Americans and also our Allies, we should take the time once in a while to do something to give back. I know that even though I gave six years of my life to the military that I still get a good feeling knowing I helped another veteran! God bless y
